§ 98.48. Liability For Damages.

Any individual or organization using a recreation center or facility shall be responsible for any damage that may occur during the use of the premises, either to the premises or to a person using them. The individual or organization using city recreational facilities shall indemnify and hold harmless the city from any liability whatever arising out of the use of the buildings or facilities by that individual or organization.
